@infmom Got the printer working again---bad cartridge. Looks like it should be under warranty and replaceable.

@infmom Oh, I did that, lol. I've smacked, slammed, shoved, and banged. It just doesn't like the black ink anymore (and it's nearly full).
How can a printer be working, then insist that the black ink cartridge isn't right? It's been right since I changed it over a month ago.
